Which accessories are provided with a bike?
We provide a free of charge repair kit and a security kit which include:- a chain-type antitheft device
- one speedometer per group
- inner tubes
- self-adhesive inner tube patches
- an air pump
- a multi-tools
Road bikes are provided without pedals. Likewise, we do not provide clothes or shoes.

Can I rent for a one or two day(s)?
We are a small company and we want to remain as it. To our point of view, this is the only way to offer our customers the best services and bikes. For this reason, we cannot rent for less than 5 days from May 1st to October 15th and for less than 3 days from October 15th to April 30th. -
What are the opening hours?
We work from everyday from 9:00 to 18:00 / 9am to 6pm (official holidays included). -
When does a rental day start and end?
A rental day starts at the time of the delivery (9.00-9am the earliest) and ends at 18.00 (6pm) the same day. If you want to extend your rental along the way, contact us and we will do whatever we can to please you. -
Who is to contact in case of a problem during your rental?
Should a major accident occur, call 112 (European emergency number) which will be able to direct you to the competent department. For any technical problem or advice about your itinerary, it will be our pleasure to help you wherever you are. Our phone numbers are to be found on the page Contact. -
Should I leave a deposit?
In order to ensure the reservation, we will ask you to pay a 50% minimum deposit. For convenience, this can be done by Credit card, bank transfer or cheque (for French residents). A booking confirmation will be sent to you automatically. -
Does the rental include insurance?
Our insurance does not cover the use of bikes by the customers except in the case of a technical failure attributable to the manufacturer of the part. When you rent a bike, only the civil liability insures you. -
How to postpone or cancel a reservation?
Should your reservation be modified, whatever the reason, please contact us as soon as possible. In case of a cancellation, we will reimburse the deposit if the rental is cancelled one month before the bike delivery. Below one month, we will keep 50% of the amount until 14 days before the fixed date. For any shorter period, we will keep the whole deposit. -
What is the amount of the security deposit and how to pay it?
The security deposit is compulsory and is equal to the cumulative amount of the rented units under guarantee. For instance: You rent 4 mountain bikes (security deposit: 400€/bike) and 4 helmets (security deposit: 20€/helmet), the total security deposit will be 1680€. You can pay:- In cash
- By cheque (for the French residents)
- By showing the credit card transaction receipt
Please note that you will not be debited when you show your credit card transaction receipt but the amount will be frozen by your bank during the time of the rental; it will be considered as “virtually spent”. Therefore, please make sure that your bank account is credited with at least the security deposit amount and that the payment caps (daily, weekly, monthly) of your card are high enough to allow you to do other expenses.
When we return the security deposit, you will dispose of the amount 24 to 48 hours later, depending on the banks and the types of cards.
